Working Class Hero - #193

Harry Arnett is a bright businessman who draws you in with his values and vulnerability. He helped build two of the biggest brands in golf by working for TaylorMade and most recently Callaway. An agent for change, Arnett opens up about many of the recent challenges we have all faced and how he continues to try and conquer them in his current role.

He's a very positive person who believes in perseverance to succeed. A self admitted outsider who maintains a very macro view. Part of Harry's unique approach is what led him into his current role. As the CEO of MUNICIPAL, he's developing a community through comfort and design; pretty cool.

Sounds interesting? It's a modern story built around a very intelligent leader. Together in this interview, Harry and Keith discuss:

  • Gaining momentum for a new business
  • Building a team with diversity
  • Self-belief in challenging times
  • Innovating in a traditional marketplace
  • Making golf more comfortable

This conversation just kept going. Keith and Harry really connected and those listening will learn. Just a really relevant chat to begin 2022... Listen and enjoy!
